Its seems that controversies and Lalit Modi would never end.The latest problem that has arised for IPL chief commissioner is against writing of country’s name on cricket pitch.The Allahabad High Court Bench here on Friday summoned him and sponsor DLF Company, in connection with a petition

The petition was filed by a local organisation, ‘We the People’, which alleged writing ‘India’ on pitches hurts national honour.
The court had directed the Union Government’s counsel to seek instructions in this regard. Today, it was contended on behalf of the Union Government that such a permission was not granted to the respondent DLF company.
