Former Pakistan skipper Shoaib Malik is all set to replace Shahid Afridi in the Pakistan playing eleven for the second Test against Australia at Headingley

After the lost in the 1st Test by 150 runs Pakistan is looking to make 2 changes to there team 1 would be replacing Afridi with Malik and other would be playing Saeed Ajmal in place of Danish Kaneria.The thing going in favour of Ajmal is his doora which disguises well to the batsman as compared to Danish Doosra.

Ajmal who has performed well in the last 2 T20 matches against Australia seems to be the 1st call selection of the new Pakistan captain Salman Butt who rates him quite high.

Malik has apparently convinced the team management that he can still contribute to the side after being axed from the first Test squad following his lack of seriousness in practice sessions.

Royal Challengers Bangalore all rounder Jacques Kallis believes that Y20 is not only suitable for youngsters but also for experienced peolple too.Kallis who is sublime form in IPL3 season is the leader in the orange cap.Kallis has been batting well as well as contributing significantly in the bowling.

Kallis gave examples of Anil Kumble,Sachin Tendulkar and Matthew Hayden who are performing brilliantly despite being age getting over them.As seen from the current situation of IPL3 season major contributions till now is being made by people who are retired from International cricket.

The Pakistan Cricket Board has allowed its banned players, Shoaib Malik and Naved-ul-Hasan, to play in a domestic Twenty20 league in Bangladesh.

Mohammad Yousuf has been also granted permission to play in the country state level.According to PCB head of directors  ”The penalties on these players were for international cricket for the Pakistan team, but they are eligible to play in domestic competitions, so they are cleared to play in Bangladesh,” Wasim Bari, the PCB’s chief operating officer, told AFP.

They are more Pakistan players like Razzaq,Hafeez,Afridi who are eager to play in the Bangladesh T20 league but the final decision on them will be taken soon as told by Wasim Bari

It took 3 years for Deccan Chargers to register there 1st win at there Home ground and also against Kings XI Punjab team.Deccan Chargers started there innings pretty well they were 100-1 but lost there momentum after wards as Yuvraj Singh picked crucial wickets at regular intervals.

Andrew Symonds was the top scorer with 53 runs,he was well supported by Gilchrist and Suman.Chargers set a target of 171 runs in reply Kings XI Punjab started there innings on a bad note with 1st wicket falling on the score of 10 and they kept on loosing wickets.At one stage they wre 65-6 and it was seem that match would be over soon but the heroic of Irfan Pathan save there face.He gave a tough fight and was almost able to pull the match but eventually he was out on score of 60 in the last over.

Irfan hit two sixes and two fours in that 17th over bowled RP Singh, and suddenly the equation read 46 from 18 balls. RP returned in the 19th over to give away 14 runs, which included a six over long-on and a cover-driven four from Irfan, and the equation came to 19 from the final over.Gilchrist used his mind he made Jaskaran Singh bowled the final over,it was the 1st over of the match for the young rookie.Singh held his nerve and bowled well to help Chargers to win the match
